We are excited to announce that the final submission form is open and can be found here:
Please read through the required items and preview the form before submitting it. Feel free to send any questions to info@nwessp.org.
When are final submissions due? The official due date is May 10th, 2023; however, the final challenge events in North Carolina, Montana, and Arizona occur shortly after that deadline. We request that teams planning on attending final events in North Carolina, Montana, or Arizona submit their results by May 1st, 2023, for planning purposes. Teams may continue to work on the challenge after that date and can resubmit any additional work on the official deadline.
But my team didn’t complete the challenge! Please remember that your team does not have to complete all Mission Objectives to submit results. The Artemis ROADS Challenge provides opportunities for students to learn regardless of the amount of time or resources available. We would love to see submissions from all teams so we can recognize your student’s efforts. Send us what you have!
I want to provide some feedback! The final submission form does not include any opportunities to give feedback, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want to know about your experience. Horizon Research, Inc is NESSP’s NASA-approved official evaluator. They contact all Mission Advisors to get feedback on this program. Please take a few minutes to tell them what worked and what did not. This feedback is incredibly useful to us!
