Artemis ROADS Unit 3: Life Science

Lessons in this unit address the question,

“How can studying complex Earth systems help us create sustainable living spaces for humans on the Moon?“.

Lesson Guiding Questions:

• Lesson 1: How do the four major planetary systems on Earth (atmosphere, geosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere) interact to support life?
• Lesson 2: What aspects of Earth’s systems do we need to replicate in space for humans to survive? 
• Lesson 3: Once your basic needs are met, what else do you need to take with you to support your health and wellness on the moon?
