The Artemis II SLS and Orion spacecraft rollout is tomorrow January 17, 2026 no earlier than 7am EST!

The assembly containing the SLS and the Orion capsule has been prepped and will begin it's journey from the VAB to launchpad 29B at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, this trip could take up to 12 hours!

Happy Birthday to this Former NASA astronaut!

S. David Griggs was employed by NASA from July 1970- June 1989. He unfortunately passed away in the crash of a vintage World War II airplane. During his time at NASA he was involved in many space shuttle engineering capacities. During one of his flights he conducted the first unscheduled extravehicular activity (space walk) of the space program.
